I have been going to this studio for more than half a year and it's one of my favorite studios! It's located in the basement of a building and you have to ring the doorbell for them to buzz you in. The studio itself is a large room with about 8 poles, there's a small changing area for you to store your belongings and change. Bathrooms are located outside the studio and it is shared with other businesses. They provide mats, knee pads, stretch bands, blocks, alcohol sprays and 1 crash mat. I have taken their contortion, stretch, floor work, heels and spin pole classes. My favorite class is contortion with Allison on Tuesday's! Her class has given me a whole new back. I highly recommend her class if you have been stretching for a while now (able to do a bridge) , if you are new to stretching, her class may be too intense for beginners. All the instructors here are amazing and I recommend this studio to anyone who's interested in doing pole! read more
