Fusion Massage canceled on the day of the appointment, on two separate appointments.
The first time was for a family emergency.
The second time was for a positive covid test.
Due to the illness, I was unsure of how sick the masseuse was and how severe the inability to communicate was. There was no response to my text messages.
I filed a dispute to get my money back, because at this point, it had been withdrawn from my account for over a month. My credit card company credited the funds back to my account. The business owner then responded by blacklisting me from their business.
I do not recommend Fusion Massage due to how Fusion Massage treated this disabled veteran. read more
