Gateway has been amazing to my child! My child has been there from 5th grade (when it was available) and now beginning high school. The school TRULY understands the needs of high functioning autism learning and only allows the must educated and compassionate staff to be a part of the team. They are understanding of difficult behavior patterns of spectrum children and are patient in loving them through it correctly. That being said, if a child is too behaviorally disruptive to other students needs, they kindly and professionally relocate them to a school that will better suit their needs. The classes are small and intimate and allow time for slower learning, which actually means, faster grasping and application for them. I love Gateway and am so grateful to have stumbled upon them.
