My family and I have been coming to this car wash for years. Recently, my daughter brought in her car, which is less than six months old and something she takes great care of. After the wash, she called me upset--there were noticeable scratches on the rear driver-side panel. Since her car is black, every flaw is more visible. I decided to return with her since it was time for my own wash. As I pulled up, I noticed a sign I had never seen before (see photo). According to it, the car wash assumes no responsibility for anything. While driving through, my side mirror bent backward (see photo). My car is white, so scratches aren't easily seen, but it's clear something has changed--whether it's the water pressure, brushes, or the track alignment. Whatever the reason, this wash is now a risk. I've cancelled my membership, and I strongly recommend you think twice before taking your vehicle through. Management is dismissive and does not value customers. read more
