I've been renting a unit at Gateway for almost a year, accessing it quite often at times, and it's been a very positive experience. The facility is impressively state of the art, but the pricing for my unit was actually very reasonable. It's climate controlled, and kept very clean and pest-free, and has video security, so I always felt my belongs were safe there. And in my interactions with the local owners, they were always very professional and straightforward. I didn't feel like I had to be leery of any fine print or hidden charges. And they've been very helpful too. Moving can be a headache, so wouldn't you know on my first night renting a unit there I accidentally locked my unit in the open position instead of the closed position, and they called me early the next morning to let me know, which was greatly appreciated. read more
