I've visited Genesis a few times and was able to schedule a meeting with Cliff regarding marketing materials. It was great working with a professional who took time and asked multiple questions to get a better understanding of the subject matter. Cliff was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely wanted to fully understand who the target market was, how the message was being distributed and how the current marketing strategy was implemented and working. Cliff took a lot of notes and gave me a list of things that would help him and his team create effective marketing materials, including ideas for promotional materials.
