I've been here many times and have always had a good experience with Taylor. There is a lot of turnover at this location. I wanted to get my brows "cleaned up". I quickly made an appt online. I asked the waxer to clean up my brows. I had only SPF on my face no makeup. I have full brows mind you. It took the gal 40 min to wax my brows. Once she gave me the mirror I started crying. I could not believe she waxed off almost my entire brows! The owner told me it would be "complimentary". I walked into this establishment wanted to feel beautiful walked out with zero self confidence. I emailed the owner for her to make things right. She said when the waxer took off my makeup (i had zero makeup on) and waxed my brows she could see how that could be upsetting! And that she did not charge me....
