We had been discussing new flooring for over a year. The big box stores seemed too expensive, despite their "bargains". Since we do like to shop local, whenever possible, we stopped at Giovanni's on a whim. We were greeted by Giovanni himself. He shared information and didn't sell us the most expensive floor in the store. We took home samples and made our floor color decision. Giovanni came out and measured everything and gave us an estimate for both the flooring and all new floor molding.
