Earlier I made a bad review about the moldy tasting Built Bars I bought on Sunday. After writing that earlier review, I decided to bring the bars into the store. I already knew and understood that I wouldn't get a refund, but I wanted to at least let them know they sold some bad product. I was pleasantly surprised that staff let me exchange the 2 bad boxes for 2 new boxes of protein bars. So my review went from 1 star to 5. read more
