Friday I called Goldstar 2x and on the 3 attempt finally someone answered the phone. I told the female that answered that I wanted information on their striping machine, she gave me another rep number, so I called and of course NO Answer! I left a voicemail no call back. Today I drove from ontario to Perris to come buy some supplies and was also hoping to get information on their striping machines. At 12:30 I showed up to their gate and they were closed. Before driving this far I did check their hours of operations, they are supposed to be open until 2pm on Saturdays. I waited about 30 min and was talking to other customers that was also expecting this business to be opened. Not sure I would go back, their customer service on the phone sucks, I feel like I'm chasing them for to give them business. read more
