Literally the worst pedicure I've gotten! 2 people traded off (one seemed new maybe) didn't clean my cuticles, hardly even cleaned my nails/sides, and didn't file or trim my nails at all! The tech hurt the top of my toes by filing my skin and they were hardly paying attention. Mostly (and I watched all of them do this) watched the movie on the tv the whole time and not paying attention to the customer. The girl next to me asked if they have a salt scrub, making it clear she wanted one and the guy (who seemed to be in charge) said they dont have those. - the pedicure option sheet was right in front of me and clearly shows "salt scrub". She then asked if they no longer give leg massages because they were about to send her off without one. My toes look terrible and feel terrible. To top it off, the guy held my card until I signed my receipt! Terrible place for nails! read more
