I was on a Hot Rod tour on our way to Canada - Deuce Days on Vancouver island I had a leaking collector gasket- I called 15 minutes after closing. My group would hit the road at 8:30 next morning. The GREAT Goofy's asked if I wanted to come in at 6 or 7 am. They usually open at 8 am. I picked 6 am and I drove up at 6am and the doors were opening. I am moved by the level of consideration and kindness. Plus they did an absolutely top notch job - replacing both collector gaskets in less than an hour for a very reasonable price.
