I have ordered collars and tags on Amazon and Etsy. And this is the best one ever. It's well made high quality collar with a strong clasp, and the tag is thick metal with deep engraving and looks beautiful and I know this will last much longer than the nine months, the other tags I buy last. People complaining about the envelope it was mailed in are ridiculous. It's not the company's fault that people are too dumb to look at what is in their mailbox.
