We had high hopes after reading good reviews and our initial meet up but, the whole deck was a disaster. Lunch trash was left thrown all over the yard at the end of their work day, to the extent that we had to go out every night to clean it up. The stain was so bad they had to come back out to redo it. The boards on the deck have the barcodes and labels on, then just stained over. Boards are pealing up. We had underneath the deck "water proofed", it pours. Nothing stays dry. There was to be a cement slab at the bottom of the steps, we were left with two boards and a rock under as support. We only got the cement after. Rusty nails and debris were left all throughout the yard when it was all "finished" we had to go buy the magnet grabber to get all the nails ourselves. We had to have another deck company come out to fix all of the repairs. We had an awful experience with this group. *After we complained they did come back and re-stain the deck, it looked much better. I'm not sure why it wasn't just done right to start. The waterproofing unfortunately was never fixed, they tried to fix it with caulk but that did nothing and then they ghosted us. read more
