This park was a little disappointing. We went around fall and the flowers didn't seem to be well kept. The view of the river is nice, but not as good as the view from the other side of the river with Grant Park sign. For being free, I guess it wasn't that bad, but you can easily spend 10-15 minutes here and see the entire park. The statues and history were nice, and the park was clean, but I wish the flowers and water fountain were a bit more maintained. read more
