Do not buy from this dealership. Auto's looks good with hidden damage that they the dealership will try to blame on you once you buy the vehicle. I purchased a 2019 Audi A8L. Car looked good during my walk around, I test drove the car, car ran fine. I decided to purchase the vehicle. Drove the vehicle back to Columbia, SC it drove fine. The next day when I drove the car it was not driving the same, I took the car to the Audi dealership to find out the suspension system was out on the front and there were other issues as well. I contacted Gravity auto's and explained the issue's to the manager. The service technician at the Audi dealership also explained and asked if he the manager of Gravity auto's would be ok to run a diagnostic the manager of Gravity auto's declined, and stated that he would cancel the sale and return my trade in and pick up his car. On Friday the tow service driver returned my vehicle and picked up their vehicle to return back to Gravity auto's. The following Wednesday the manager called and tried to blame me for the hidden damage, he the manager from Gravity auto's also tried filing a false claim with my insurance company, which was denied once I sent in photos of the old damage. The manager called back after the insurance claim was denied using profanity and treating me with getting the police involved. I contacted an attorney as well as contacting the Attorney General's office. This is a bad company to do business with. read more
