It was a sad day when the building holding multiple old local businesses burned down and even sadder to watch it sit empty for years. So thankful for the couple that is taking a chance on our local community and has brought life back to this corner. Quick stop in today and met the wonderful staff and see the shelves are stocked with everything from some quick groceries to all the hardware type things you would expect (nuts, bolts, valves, tools, etc), to even some toys and garden decorations. Prices look reasonable for the added convenience of local shopping and benefit of have a non-big box alternative. I hope the community welcomes the McGees and their staff will open arms and wallets. Looking forward to trying the Chug and Chew deli when it opens and gives an alternative to subway and the burger fast food. read more
