I'm a Grease Monkey regular. I really like the service here. The front desk agent is ALWAYS so helpful and transparent about what's going on. And, he remembers me. Ok, let me put it this way: I know jack about cars, except that I need my oil changed every 3000-5000 miles. I hesitated when giving 5 stars--nearly went for the 4 because I don't freakin know what I'm talking about. But I went for the 5 because they make me feel like I'm not getting screwed over. When I need something replaced I actually trust them, and I've rarely trusted the car service industry (always deferring to someone I know personally first). They even recommended a great local place to get my brakes fixed. I'm always in and out here--I've never waited longer than 30 minutes for an oil change (even if they are doing some extra work). Last time I brought in a $3 off coupon for my oil change, but because I got some extra service done they bumped it to a 6 dollar savings. Gee, that's swell! read more
