I went here for the first time recently because my usual spot had closed. The staff was friendly and I was out of there within one hour. The waiting room was comfortable and clean with roomy chairs, plus free refreshments while you wait. I appreciated the interior vacuum and free plastic refuse bag I was given with my receipt. I had a very pleasant experience with no pressure to buy further services. I'd check for online coupons. I was able to print one out via their website for $10 off my oil change. Sadly my car requires a higher priced oil (thanks VW) so the coupon basically paid for the taxes on the service.
