I visited this location a week ago for an oil change and tire rotation. When speaking with the tech I informed him that I needed everything checked because I was leaving to drive to Texas that evening and wanted to handle anything that needed to be done before getting on the road for 1000 mile solo trip. He came in and told me everything looked good, including telling me that my brakes were good and to check them again come winter time. My car was making no noises before coming in. Leaving their lot I noticed a slight squeal but chalked it up to wet brakes, as it was raining. I barely get into Alabama and my brakes start makes an awful noise I got to Texas, had my friend check my brakes, and what you see pictured was the state of my brakes on the front passenger side. My driver side could not be removed because the bolts were rounded. I will not ever return for any service. I'm lucky I didn't have a brake failure. read more
