**Beware of this place! Major Botched cut before MY WEDDDING!!! I received a haircut here this past Friday. I asked for a dusting of the ends and to lighten up the top layer because it had grown out and was currently too heavy. The girl was so kind and I had been to her before that so iI though things would be fine. Unfortunately, I had to ask her multiple times to wash my hair because it was dirty and had hairspray in it and she kept cutting it. I even had to pay an extra $40 to have it blow out afterwards so I could see the cut. But still I didn't mind as long as my hair was good for my wedding. I specifically told her NOT to blow it out in curls but just voluminous so I could see the cut. Yet, she did it anyways and hair sprayed it in place. Fine, it looked cute and I was sure it would be fine. The following day I washed and blew out my hair only to see what the botched cut!!! The images speak for themselves: My hair was cut shorter on one side, with uneven layers, and a chunk of hair missing from my right side. I called and talked to the manager and after a few days recieved a call from the owner. She couldn't care less nor did she believe me because she said she watched the camera footage back and it looked fine. She refunded the cut but refused to refund the wash or blow out. There is no customer service here to say the least and absolutely no remorse for ruining my hair that I had grown out specifically for my wedding. The photo of me in the blue dress was before the hairdresser lopped off my hair so you can see the vast difference. The wet hair is the cut I recieved from Great Clips. My new hairdresser guy was showing me what Great Clips did and how he would have to fix it. That length difference is 100% from Great Clips. Thanks for ruining my wedding photos Great Clips! read more
