Walk in after checking in on the app. Wait a few moments, employee walking to the back, another on her phone. Check in, sit down, wait to be called. Nobody else getting haircuts. Employee who was on her phone, Layla, cuts my hair. "Cut" is a nice way of putting it. She butchered it. Not only that, she was very uncommunicative, she did things without asking, she used terrible equipment that wasn't clean, and she decided to take a little break while cutting my hair to answer some texts on her phone... yes. While I was sitting there, she was blowing all the hair off her workspace, and took a few moments to check her phone. Who does this?
This visit was an absolute waste of money, time, and a haircut. Great Clips usually does a decent job, but this visit set a new precedent. read more
