Dont do it! Ive had 2 bad experiences. My hair length is at my waist, I asked for a trim of my ends and a few layers in the front around my face. When I got home there was about 3 inches taken off and I had layers everywhere. I told the stylist during my cut I want the back in a V shape and not straight. I also explained I have wavy thick hair. I washed my hair today and from the layers and waves my hair is now to my shoulders. I called and the stylist did not apologize, and said what do you want a refund. Then explained i have to come in for the refund. Definitely skip this place. read more
