I took an elderly relative to this shop today. The employee named Shri, butchered her hair. I am posting the picture I took of her haircut. The back of her hair has gaps in it. I was horrified at the results. I paid, took my relative to the car and then went back in to talk to the manager. I did not ask for a refund, nor do I want one. My Great Aunt had shoulder length hair. The employee took a shaver with teeth and ran it up under the hair to chop it off, did not cut it. I was watching and was in shock. I called her over and let her know it was awful. She said, I'm not through yet, so I let her continue. It didn't get any better. My aunt had requested it to be cut shorter, so I understood cutting it, but to leave it in a mess? I could have done better and I don't have any training. Maybe that's the problem. Perhaps she doesn't either. I don't recommend going to this shop. read more
