Very happy to have this place around the corner from my office. They just opened recently on the ground floor of the Crown of Queen City apartment building located in Southend and straddling the border into Uptown. They are a small shop offering coffee, breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, and lunch items as well. I have only been in for lunch a couple of times, but I have gotten to try their chicken pesto, and their turkey Swiss sandwiches and I was very impressed with both! They come on ciabatta bread and container generous portions of meat. I also got to try their mixed berry smoothie the other day and it was quite good and reasonably priced. The service was very friendly both times I went in. They have all the makings to be a staple. Their menu is a bit small right now which is to be expected for a new place. I think they should add some more sandwiches and wraps to their lunch menu and maybe try some more bold and standout sandwiches to set them apart. For the time being though their menu might be small but their sandwiches are good so I highly recommend giving them a try. read more
