My family and I were going on a long family trip out of Columbus Airport. We were doing a few days in New York as well as a cruise to the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten. We picked the Green Lot, since we were going to be away for two weeks, and this had the cheapest rates. It is farther than the other parking lots from the airport, and I was hoping for the shuttle bus line to be constantly in operation. The lot and the shuttle bus is operated by LAZ Parking. It was easy to navigate inside this huge parking lot and find a parking spot. There are bus stops throughout, and they do indeed have shuttle buses non-stop driving through the parking lots to drive people over to the airport. We had a lot of bags for a long trip for our family, 6 of them. The guy driving the bus got out of the vehicle and helped us put our bags inside and then helped my elderly mother up the steps. That was really nice! My only gripe is that it was a bit difficult to leave after our trip was done. The reader was having serious problems reading our ticket.
