Do not take your clothes to Green Touch dry cleaner on Ross Ave in El Centro! I picked up a dress from them on Friday and it was damaged with a hole on the fabric right in the middle of the chest, mind you I check my clothes before dropping off because I know how things work around here, especially items of high value, went immediately after noticing, the girls on the front kept saying the owner is the only one that can resolve to come back Monday, I called this morning and owner had just gotten there when I was on the phone, get in my car, not even 15 mins, owner runs and leaves them to relay that due to "policy" they can't pay for it or replace it, they can have the seamstress look at it, which is obvious it can't be fixed. There is no policy posted anywhere but back of receipt but is not clear and this is a total negligence case! It's BS that people that are supposed to be professionals can't be trusted with your clothes. There's a lot of people that have had bad experiences here but sadly I did not learn of these till this situation topped by the fact that because is a small town we don't have many options. read more
