My sons indoor arena football team ordered trophies through here. 1 of my sons trophy and medal were spelled incorrectly and so we had tried calling to have it fixed. Left a message, no one ever returned my phone call. I had a child I coached for Little League and when we were looking around for possible businesses I had called this place no response. When I finally did get ahold of someone the woman was very adamant it wasn't their mistake and I honestly didn't care whose mistake it was I just wanted it fixed. She wasn't very nice about it, but did take it and said to come back tomorrow...well tomorrow is today. The sign in the window says that they open at 9:30 I was here from 9:25-9:37 and left, now I am back (I had to run an errand) and I have been sitting here for about 10 minutes and still no one is here it's 10:35. I called the number listed above and left a message, not sure how much good it will do me, but this place is definite a "thumbs down"!! read more
