Thank you Bess for replying to my review. I picked my car up from the shop last night. Thank you for fixing it at not extra charge. I haven't had a chance to try the wipers yet as it has not rained but I am sure it will soon. I hope you understand my frustration with the entire situation. UPDATE I went back to Gresham Ford on Monday morning spoke to Greg, I let him know the new multifunction switch was having the same issue. He let me know at that time that the broken part has arrived and they were ready to place it in my vehicle. He also asked me if I was able to leave the car for a bit for them to run some other tests and try to get it figured out. Greg called me back the rain censor was broken. I guess someone has replaced my windshield with a generic one and never bothered to put a censor. They ordered the censor and replaced it for me all at no extra charge.
