Hands down superior customer service! I recently received a leather pair of heals for a gift, after only the 3rd wear I had cut the leather with the sole of my other shoe. I brought them in and the gentleman working looked at them and was able to smooth out the leather and also glue it back in place. At the same time I dropped off a pair of maryjane danskos that I left and wasn't expecting back until Friday at the earliest and was able to pick up today. They look brand new! They are affordable and the level of customer service will gain all my leather business and shoe repairs. read more
