The age-old question when deciding on gelato flavors is fruity or chocolatey? I chose the latter. Stracciatella had a creamy base, not too sweet, with a confetti of dark chocolate; it was good, but not unique. Gianduja tasted like something special; dark chocolate & hazelnut base with smooth chunks of what seemed like hazelnut spread won me over. (Before making my final decision, I sampled Fiordilatte et Gianduja but the milky flavor didn't complement the hazelnut the way dark chocolate did.) 5,50 € for the medium size. I stole a lick of my companion's Fraise gelato; the strawberry flavor was fresh & sweet without any artificial taste. Delightful on a warm summer day.
