GSI failed miserably to perform its contractual obligations as a lawn service provider. JOHN failed to kill the Bentgrass as he stated he would in the contract. JOHN failed to get grass seed to grow in large areas of my lawn as stated in my contract. Why? Because JOHN planted the grass seed in October and expected it to grow when everyone knows you must seed prior to mid-Sept in my area. Gemination additionally requires a 45 days period BEFORE the first frost, which John failed by weeks. I have dozens of photos that do not lie, unlike John. He has nothing but name-calling and excuses, but in the end, I still had Bent grass 8 months later and no grass growing.
