Dishonest. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Rude. Amateur. Scam Artists. I could go on and on. These are the worst contractors in the state of North Carolina. Avoid them like the plague. First of all, the only other review is from the owners daughter, who we worked with primarily on this project. While scoping out the work, she assured us that she had her own crew of workers that would be completing the work for us, which started with a roof replacement. After weeks of delays because someone on their normal crew was injured, the work was subcontracted to another group of bums who promptly removed the old roof, and then let the house sit without any roof protection for three days. It rained for two of those three days, and you will see from the pictures I've attached what happened as a result. With so much water coming in on the insulation and ceilings, the ceilings collapsed in 6 out of 10 rooms in the house. We were assured by Lucinda that she would take care of everything, and that we didn't need to go through her insurance. Bad move. That never happened. The roof was eventually finished, but the ceilings were never fixed. We are now having to pay another contractor thousands of dollars to fix them. See you in court, Lucinda & Gutter Monkey! read more
