I just did the Muay Thai class at Gym Nation last night and it was friggin awesome! I used to do Muay Thai many years ago in Sydney but gave it up when i moved to Brisbane because all the places i checked out werent very professional and were quite rough. The guys at Gym Nation are total pros - they have all NEW equipment, expert trainers that care about technique and push you to train hard.
