This H-E-B is not handicap accessible in the afternoons when they close the left-side entrance. We have previously informed them about this issue, but they have done nothing to fix it. The store's mobility scooters are placed near the closed doors, making them inaccessible. When asked, employees claimed there are no charging stations near the open entrance, but that is false--other H-E-B locations have charging stations outside, and this store could do the same. Additionally, shopping carts are blocking the sidewalk leading to the closed entrance, creating a major hazard. As a legally blind individual, I am forced to navigate around them, risking injury or even being hit by a car. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. H-E-B must make this location fully accessible to all customers, just as the law requires read more
