I ordered delivery on 11/5 and requested the plant based Philadelphia cream cheese. When I received the item it had been expired for over a week (10/28/23). I contacted customer service and she said it would be delivered the next morning (11/6) and she stated she left a note for the store to check the expiration date. Today, I again received that item and it too expired on 10/28/23! When I contacted customer service again, the response I got was " all of the items must have the same expiration date." This is completely unacceptable!! What if I hadn't even looked to make sure the expiration is good? How do you allow an expired item to sit on the shelf for that long?
