Presentation venue in Honolulu, Hawaii...
My cousin has written numerous books. He was going to present his latest work on 10-11-23, and I wanted to be there - not only for moral support, but also to visit my Alma Mater.
Located on the campus of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, I remember spending hours in Hamilton Library to look up journal articles for term papers. In those days, we used card catalogs and microfiche... LOL!
Anyway, my cousin's presentation was in Room 306. It had an adequate sound system and two screens for PowerPoint. The air conditioning was potent! I wished that I had brought a jacket! There were enough chairs and tables for everyone!
It was nice to revisit Hamilton Library without having the stress of studying. I appreciated the various studying areas, the shelves and shelves of books, and the clean, quiet, well-lit environment! read more
