Amazing 10/10 Korean food. I ordered the following - Mul naengmyeon/cold buckwheat noodle. It is slightly sweet and sour. Noodles are very chewy and "Q" and is a very pleasant dish. Highly recommend for those who enjoy cold buckwheat noodles -soondae gukbap (soup with tripe, pork, and Korean sausage). It is my favorite today. The broth is boiled to milky white and is so good to the last drop. I find most pork broths in Korean restaurants aren't boiled for this long to be this flavorful. I taste no MSG and is not salty. It's just a fragrant and creamy pork broth flavor, which makes it hard to be so good when it's so simple. For those who enjoy bone broth, definitely try it out. The Korean sausages are also very tasty. I believe it's blood sausage with clear noodles in it. The pork and tripe/intestine slices are very generous portions and go great with the chili dip provided. -Osam Bulgogi (hot plate pork and squid) is also very tasty. It's oilier and stronger flavor so I decided to just take it to go since the portions are too much for 2 people. Very delicious too. The sides are also very delicious, which is also why I find this restaurant outstanding. I wish there's one in the East Bay Area in NorCal!
