Second time in a week! Steamed pork dumplings are unctuous and generously filled. The dumplings are pillowy soft but nicely chewy. The pork and chive dumpling explodes in your mouth with delicious flavor and texture. 10 are in a serving and one needs to be hungry to finish it. Ditto all the portion sizes. The beef noodle soup and spicy beef noodle soup (separate dishes) look scrumptious. Maybe next time. The staff is friendly, professional, care what their customers want and how they enjoy their meals. Lovely! Happy Dumpling is locally owned.
