Tucked away in Deale, Md is a neighborhood bar and restaurant near the Marina called Happy Harbor. This restaurant sits right on the water with nice views. The wait staff are great. The bar is open and well stocked. But, that County fried steak - truly a dish to right home about. I have never had a real steak, lightly and fried. The steak was perfectly medium rare. No steak product/patty, home made country fried peared with mash potatoes, green beans, with hot gravy to tied it all together. If you are in the city, this place takes a bit to get to but it is worth the visit. Bon Apetit. read more
