Horrible experience with the lady I think her name was Lynn. In her phone the entire time kept stopping to answer her phone. Made my cuticles bleed and said it was my fault. Was not gentle at all. Kept telling me what I wanted even though I already knew. Nails weren't that nice either I was just glad to get out of there. She also kept talking to the other technician which was rude and annoying. read more
