I was so disappointed in my floral arrangement today. I ordered through Teleflora which H&B is a member of. I ordered an arrangement called Garden Rhapsody total cost $110 with the delivery and what was delivered looked nothing like it. Even if it looked nothing like it, at least add a ton of filler flowers to make the customer feel like you fulfilled the $110-worth order. I'll never order through Teleflora again and I'll never order through H&B again. My family has been buying through H&B the old-fashioned way by going in and ordering or calling over the phone for decades and it'll now come to an end. Very disappointing and pathetic. read more
