This is Wisconsin's first certified Roman-style pizzeria. The oven was imported from Italy and the owner, and his son, completed a certification class for Roman-style pizza making. The space was previously a diner, owned by the same owner, and has been completely remodeled.
The pizzas are rectangular and the crust is light and airy. The pizzas at Harry's Pizza Market are generously topped and delicious! They have a case where you can pick out and carry-out "you heat, you eat" pizzas, which include ideal heating instructions, but they also have a dining room and full bar, for those who prefer a dine-in experience. There currently is not a patio, as this business shares a building with another business.
I've enjoyed the Spicy sausage pizza, which I added pepperoni too, and I took home a standard sausage pizza, which I heated and enjoyed the next day. It was explained to me that adding a meat topping, like I did with pepperoni, could prevent the crust from rising to ideal texture, so I'll likely stick with the pizza as described on the menu.
