I used Mr Hollands home service in Jackson WI and had a great experience. I'm going to repeat here, the google review I posted. "Matt Morrissey and Bo were so professional, very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and personable. I appreciate the compassion they showed for my situation as well as helping me understand how certain components worked and providing me with photos and proof of what they were finding. Unfortunately, we do need a new furnace and as painful as that is, working with them and Greg made the process that much easier. I sincerely appreciate the patience they showed to me and my situation and allowing me to ask questions and not feel stupid about it. I'm always nervous when men enter my home but they we so comforting that I forgot my worries. It is also very much appreciated that they were both animal lovers. Thank you both again for coming out quickly and trying to give me the bad news (about needing a new furnace) in a compassionate and understanding way." I did contact them yesterday after I thought about the installation teams. We had one interesting/disturbing comment from the electrical apprentice that came with our electrician. Hence why I didn't provide a full five stars. This comment was relayed to client relations as well as my positive experience. And why I will not repeat the comment here or repeat the apprentice's name. We will be requesting Matt again for our maintenance if possible, as his compassion, ability to explain the concerns and just overall experience with him and his apprentice Bo, was beyond what we expected and so refreshing. read more
