Hartwell House Inn is a lovely, whimsical bed & breakfast. This is the place to stay if you like antiquing and good service. We were on our honeymoon when we stayed here in the Polly Reed suite. It was a lush and lovely setting for us. Breakfast was simple but delicious and well done. My husband had eggs Benedict and i had eggs over easy with English muffins and a gluten free blue berry muffin. The service was worm and welcoming and a midnight snake is always ready and waiting for you downstairs in the kitchen. My husband was particularly impressed with the service of late night coffee that wasn't burned or stall. read more
