This is a great park. It may not be the largest but it's big enough to sport a community pool, twin tennis courts, full court basket ball, playground equipment, a rec room, and some rolling well kept greens with picnic tables and outdoor BBQ units. The parking lot is small but there's plenty of street parking. The park caters to the surrounding communities, and having grown up in the area, I've been coming to this park since I was in high school. I have been in a while until recently, but back in the day, we use to party hear and use the rec room for events and such, not to mention late night libation sessions. We'll keep that to ourselves however. The rec room is cool because it has a small kitchen. In fact, I have cooked here for a friend's party and made street tacos. The pool is for people who live in the community and the recent day I visited the park, there were some retirees swimming laps. The park has enough room to play flag football, a game we played often here back in the day, and the park provides doggie do do stations. One of the best things I like about this park is that all the trees are mature. I especially like the flowering Jacarandas. read more
