I purchased a Groupon to try the Infrared sauna. When I called ahead the front desk clerk was very welcoming and excited for me to come in. It was easy to make an appointment and when I arrived she gave me a quick chat about how it works and gave me a binder to read through with some of the health benefits of infrared sauna. I found the experience (30 minutes) very relaxing. They give you a terry cloth wrap to wear in the sauna and there are towels for afterwards. The sauna is in a little room of its own that locks.
