Hi them to mount a 75 inch TV in my basement. I opted for the service that included hiding the wires inside of the wall. You have the option to supply your own equipment or pay a little extra for them to bring their own. When I made my appointment, I was given a window of 9 AM until 1 PM. On the day of my appointment my technician call ahead of time and let me know that he would be there at 10 AM. This was towards the early end of the window and it was good that they gave me proper notification. My technician arrived slightly before 10. He was friendly and courteous.
