Terrible. This company engages in fraud. The installer arrived at my house and stayed for 8 hours. After 8 hours the technician informed us he needed to return because the lights in my upstairs bathroom were not working. He returned the next day and after 3 hours the lights worked again. He conducted unlicensed electrical work. We paid for power source extenders but never got those, the technician decided to install outlets. We never agreed to let him perform unlicensed electrical work. He damaged every outlet he touched, installed a tv mount upside down and bent and left an open hole in my living room with a wire coming from it that wasn't supposed to be in the wall. Company is dismissive and disrespectful. They have still not refunded my money weeks later. Our electrician is still remediating their terrible work. I am an attorney and intend to file a lawsuit alleging violations of the Mass Consumer Protection statute (GL c 93a). This is a nightmare but be much more so if I wasn't an attorney.
