I am very upset with my recent installation that was completed by Ken. He made a mess in my house. His installation is way off. He left my television leaning forward. It is misaligned with the sound bar. He never checked to ensure things were working. I asked him to wear a mask. He begrudgingly half masked his mask. He took off his mask in my house when I asked him to keep it on. He left the mask on the table. He has completely messed up my wall. I am worried and concerned about possible damage because now he put a hole in my wall and the sound bar and television installation is crooked and if it is moved it will leave holes in my wall.
